404 Not Found error

When using this plugin several member photos when clicked on do not pull up the member listing. Have tried deleting and readding them, only to get same 404 error. Also, some pull up the featured photo WAY HUGE on the page (like 2048 x 2048) instead of the actual size, which looks rather unprofessional. Have deactivated to the previous gallery plugin we used b/c this is an active site, but can reactivate if someone needs to take a look or send screenshots.
