I am currently developing a dedicated support site using BetterDocs on a multisite network with the subdirectory path, mysite.com/support/. All the BetterDocs pages work but I am getting 404’s for every other page while BetterDocs is activated. I imagine it has something to do with the subdirectory path, /support/, but I don’t know what else to do to resolve the issue. I have attempted to re-save the permalinks structure and re-create the other pages without success. I have also unchecked “Enable Built-in Documentation Page” in the settings page and input the shortcode in a page that I titled “Knowledge Base.” The only way to gain access to the other pages on the site is to de-activate BetterDocs and resave the permalinks.

    Thanks,
    Brandon

    Hi @indigetal ,

I could not able to reproduce this issue on my Multisite Network(Sub Directory). Have a look at this video: https://d.pr/v/kOO6kh

I’ve also tried by unchecked “Enable Built-in Documentation Page” in the settings page and made a custom page. Seems fine on my end when I browse the other pages

Can you please create a support ticket from here: https://wpdeveloper.net/support/new-ticket/

Okay, I tested it on another subdirectory site on the network and it was not having the same issue. I’m not sure what was causing it, but I am still in development and the site is a dedicated support site, so I just decided to create a new subdirectory site and copy/paste the 26 docs I had created already over to the new site.

Love the plugin and plan to upgrade soon!

    Cheers,
    Brandon

    Hi @indigetal ,

Glad to know that it works on your other subdirectory in your Multisite network. Thanks for letting us know.
It might be the permalink (.htaccess not override with new permalink structure ) on your other subdirectory.

Glad to hear that you love BetterDocs plugin. Please provide us a review from here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/betterdocs/reviews/#new-post

This will help us to serve better.
    Have a good day!
