Hi,

The Vcard on our site takes us to 404

We are experienced with it, it happens when the plugin is not updated
our site to WordPress version 5.3 (released on Nov 12, 2019)

It appears you are running custom code, so that could be the source of the issue.

The reason you get a 404 error is because the vCard URL which is https://www.barlaw.co.il/name/ariel-nadler/vcard/ get redirected to https://www.barlaw.co.il/name/ariel-nadler/name/ariel-nadler/.

Another possible source of the issue…I suspect the reason is that the Directory Home page is not set and the [connections] shortcode does not exist on that page.
