    Hello,

Error 404 appears time to time when trying to preview courses. I’ve fixed it every time re saving the permalink structure (without changes). And no cache plugin installed. But I don’t understand why it happens suddenly. Could anyone help me? Thanks.

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out.

The 404 redirection issue comes due to incorrect URL slugs. It might be that you changed the course URL and as a result 404 came and you needed to resave permalinks. Note that when you are changing Courses page URL or courses URL slugs you need to resave permalinks from the wp settings > permalinks as well. At the moment a checked some of your single courses by previewing them one by one as a guest user and couldn’t detect 404, for example [screenshot]

    Best regards

The problem is that nobody changes de courses URL, but it’s happens time to time and I find no reason. It has happened at least two times in the last two months. I can solve it saving the permalinks on WordPress settings, but it’s a problem for users and for the brand. Could it be any incompatibility or version? Thanks.

    Maybe anything related with cache?

Yes, it could be due to extra third-party and caching plugins as well. Also, server caching tools could potentially bring such kind of unexpected issues for redirections of the site.

    Cheers
