Hello @davidroccato, I never worked with tha plugin. You can contact their support page so that they can guide you to clear to clear the pages cache.
Hi, it’s a problem of that plugin, the 404s show also in the google webmaster tools. How can I fix them?
Thanks
You’ll have to contact them in their support forum. Sorry, that is out of the scope of this forum.
I don’t understand why I have to contact them if your plugin give me 404s if I deactivate it. Forget the other plugin that the only thing it does it’s alerting where there are 404s pages.
If I go in the webmaster tools, google see 404s pages from your plugin if I deactivate it like the line above.
Is that normal? Or should I do anything?
Thanks
Hello @davidroccato
Sorry about that, is that on the first post says
If I deactivate the plugin I get tons of 404s from the plugin redirection.
If you deactivate the plugin any reference to the manage subscription pages will not work, so if you get the 404 error it is because some caching plugin or browser is attempting to load an page that is no available, but only by having the plugin enable you’ll will be able to see it.
What is the name of the plugin that you have installed to redirect pages ?
Hi,
Yes, I explained myself in the wrong way, sorry.
Probably it’s a cache problem as you said, I’m having just a few 404 right now. For redirecting pages I use the same “redirection” plugin but I think sometimes is not working well and I hope to go soon with wp seo by yoast.
Thanks.
