[Plugin: WooCommerce Print Invoice & Delivery Note] 4.1.3 still can't update

I manually updated the plugin to 4.1.1 as you said in the notes that it was having an issues auto updating.

I just tried to update from 4.1.2 >> 4.1.3 and I got this error:

Unpacking the update…
Installing the latest version…
Removing the old version of the plugin…
Could not remove the old plugin.
Plugin update failed.

I only have woocommerce delivery notes and woocommerce installed on one subsite.
