I use Fluent STMP on another site using MS 365. I finally got that working. Now it’s on my other site, but somehow I’m getting this error. I’m using the business address and not a personal account. I don’t know if it is on the Office side, or Azure.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello There,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. When connecting Outlook to Fluent SMTP, we recommend that you generate the API and secret key using the same email address that you want to use as the “From” email address. For instance, if you would like to use [email protected] as your “From” email address, then you need to generate the keys using that email.

It’s important to generate the API with the same email address that you want to use as the “From” email address. This is because Outlook has different permissions for different accounts, and generating the API with another email address might cause permission issues. Also, make sure that you authenticate using the same email address as well.

As you are using the business email, can you please check whether the account have the related permission to send emails via API?

    Thank you
