4.2.2: Problems installing

I am facing a few problems with the theme Compicpress 4.2.2:

1. I downloaded the theme from https://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/comicpress/ and uploaded it in cPanel like the way it is supposed to, came back to wordpress admin panel and activated the theme, then I went to Appearance > Comicpress Options to see that it is version 4.2.1. So basically the question is, have I installed the correct and latest version of Compicpress or not?

2. I needed to deactivate the default navigation of Comicpress in order to put widget of Navigation so that I could have my own navigation buttons in place, but when I go to Compicpress Options > General tab, I do not see the option of disabling default navigation. Its just not there. So am I doing anything wrong here with the installation.

Btw I installed Comic Easel after installing Comicpress.

Please solve my problems I have some self inflicted deadlines to launch my comic.
