Sorry but we couldn’t reproduce the same issue here. To investigate it further, please give us some more information like:

1. Set your PHP settings to display all errors: https://stackoverflow.com/a/5438125
2. Enable the debug (WP_DEBUG) from WordPress: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/
3. If it’s showing any error, please take a screenshot and share with us here

It looks like some PHP or JS error is throwing which is breaking the load of the page, including the customizer page. However, we couldn’t reproduce the same at our end. In this case we have to discover which error is throwing.

For PHP, you might check the server logs (the file where PHP errors are registered). Please check if there’s any error inside the log file and paste the error here.

For JS, please open the browser developer tools and check if there’s errors in the console. Please share the errors with us. Here’s how you can do that: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/documentation/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#chrome

Hi, I am facing the same issue, the customization page doesn’t load at all. Here are some errors in the console.
