5.7.3 Authentication Error

    Hello,

    Recently I’ve been getting the following error message when sending a test email:

    5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful [AM0PR02CA0062.eurprd02.prod.outlook.com]

    I’ve looked at everything, and the correct port is open and able to receive, the security setting is correct and the website has not been changed recently. No new plugins have been installed either.

    Could someone please help me with this issue?
