Hello:
It sounds like you’ve encountered a conflict with an existing plugin. Because its a 500 error its a harder one to troubleshoot. You would need to disable the other plugins, install Awesome Support and then enable the other ones individually until the 500 error appears again. When it does, the last plugin enabled is the culprit. If you have the WordPress debug flags turned on you can check the debug.log file located in the wp-content folder on your WP server to see if an error was thrown that might give you an idea as to what type of conflict you’re looking at.

I have the same problem. I remove all other plugins, but the situation is same. The last version on which I work without any problem is 4.0.3.
