500 error before payment

Hi, your plugin looks great, but I keep getting the 500 error trying to access payment page. Any ideas what it may be?
WP, Woo and other plugins is up to date

@jerulita, 500 error usually means a PHP error, can you check at your server error logs and see if some error reported there? If so that can you send that to me here?
