[Resolved] 500 error on export

    I am running on a fresh install of centos 7 and a fresh install of WordPress. Plugin version is 2.3.1.
    Imports will just hang and exports return a 500 error instantly.
    I have use this plugin on a hosted WP site I had a while back and it worked flawlessly.
    Any ideas on what I am missing?

    I found the answer…

    looks like i didn’t have php-mbstring installed.
    once installed it all worked perfectly!
