500 Error on Plugin Settings

I love this plugin and it has been working great. I’m getting an error on the admin pages recently, though. Please see below. Can you advise on troubleshooting?

Are you using the latest version of PrintFriendly? We had one version that had a conflict with older versions of PHP.

I’m using the latest version, 3.5.3.
We are on PHP 5.5.30.

Looks like a conflict with meta-box plugin. Can you disable meta-box and see if that fixes?

Hi there, Thanks for the response. We have no plugin by that name installed. I am off on a few weeks of travel. Since you seem confident it’s a conflict and not a native issue, when I return, I will enable in our dev environment and then slowly add plugins until I find the culprit and report back.
