    Hey @gastonlenotre!

Oh no – that doesn’t sound good!

To deactivate the plugin when you can’t access your Dashboard, you’ll need to FTP into your WordPress site and rename the easy-testimonials plugin folder to something else, such as easy-testimonials-x.

Do you have access to your error log? I would love more information about what was going on here, to see if there is anything we need to address on our end or if this is a conflict with another plugin or your theme.

    All the best,
    Richard

    Hey @gastonlenotre!

I’m going to mark this resolved as I haven’t heard any other reports like this or a follow up on this one.

If this is an active issue, please let me know and also send me a copy of the error log on your site.

    Best,
    Richard
