500 Error When Digg Digg Activated

I’m getting an 500 error when I activate Digg Digg on a website. It’s only in the backend – the site stays live. It’s most likeley W3TC – I have a duplicate of the site on a dev domain and it’s identical with the exception of W3TC.

The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.[website……%5D/wp-admin/plugins.php?activate=true&plugin_status=all&paged=1&s=. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

Would love to get Digg Digg back running on the site – any options? I’m a novice at W3TC at best. I have turned off minify after seeing others with W3TC issues hoping that would fix it but didn’t.
