When the plugin is active Elementor editor backend doesn’t load and shows 500 error. Disabling the plugin fixes the issue.

  • Hi @wgman ,

In most cases, this happens because the PHP memory limit configurations are less than recommended.

Please make sure the below configurations match your system:

    – max_execution_time = 300
    – memory_limit = 512M

If you’re unsure as to how to configure these, please contact your hosting provider, they’ll do this for you.

You can see your current configurations from Tools > Site Health > Info > Server (screenshot).

    Kind Regards,
    Benjir

    Hi @movimentasolucoes,

We’re not clear about what is the exact problem you’re facing. We need more information.

As you’re using the Pro version of ElementsKit. You need to contact our Pro Support center.

Please provide the issue screenshot and reproduceable steps to our Support Center for Pro Users: https://wpmet.com/support-ticket/

    Kind Regards,
    Mohon
