Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out! We checked your Jetpack connection, and it looks like it’s working fine from our side. However, I understand you’re seeing a 500 error in Elementor when you activate Jetpack.
A 500 error usually means something went wrong on the server. This can happen if the server is too busy or if there’s a problem with the code in one of your plugins or themes.
In cases like this, it’s a good idea to check your PHP error logs or ask your web host if there are any server problems. Elementor also has a helpful guide that might explain more.
If the problem is caused by Jetpack not working well with another plugin, we’d like to learn more about it. First, could you make sure your plugins are up to date, then try disabling all plugins except for Elementor and Jetpack.
After that, clear your browser cache, and see if the error still happens. This will help us figure out if the problem is caused by two plugins not working well together. Also, you’ll usually get an email about the conflict, which includes the error details.
Looking forward to your response.
Hello @dostahsap,
Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
