Doesn’t look like you’re using Beaver Builder and so, you’ll want to post this question on the forum for the plugins you’re using. I’d also recommend contacting your web host provider as they’ll be able to tell you what is triggering the 500 error. 🙂

Hi @jpbond,
You’re using the Customizer Export/Import plugin, but posted your question in the Beaver Builder Lite support forum which is why I replied the way I did. I assumed you were referring to Beaver Builder not Customizer Export/Import. 🙂
You should have posted this question here.
In regard to the issue, a server 500 error is a rather generic error and can be caused by several things. The best course of action is to contact your web host provider and have them review your error logs which will tell them what is triggering the error. 🙂

I’ve already contacted my web host provider… i’m waiting for an answer…
