500 Internal Server Erro | ww.wp.xz.cn

I am currently unable to login to my dashboard. I was making some changes to permalinks….saved it…and lo and behold no more access. My website is yvonnesangster.com and my login page is yvonnesangster.com/wp-admin. I am getting this error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

PLEASE HELP ME!

Delete your .htaccess file via FTP and see if that helps. (You’ll need to regenerate it later if you need pretty permalinks.)

If it doesn’t help, look at your server log for clues about the error, or ask your host for assistance in doing so.
