500 Internal Server Error
-
Hi all,
I have a website which sometimes seems to run fine. However sporadically it will display a ‘500 Internal Server Error’. I’ve contacted my host, but don’t think it’s on their part.
So could the cause of the problem be in something in my wordpress?
The error can occur on any page on the site, randomly. Refreshing the page often makes the page work.
This is in my error log from the last time it occured:
[Mon May 19 18:00:07 2008] [error] [client 213.171.218.185] FastCGI: comm with (dynamic) server “/var/www/fcgi/php-cgi” aborted: (first read) idle timeout (30 sec)[Mon May 19 18:00:07 2008] [error] [client 213.171.218.185] FastCGI: incomplete headers (0 bytes) received from server “/var/www/fcgi/php-cgi”[Mon May 19 18:00:09 2008] [error] [client 81.157.169.69] FastCGI: comm with (dynamic) server “/var/www/fcgi/php-cgi” aborted: (first read) idle timeout (30 sec)[Mon May 19 18:00:09 2008] [error] [client 81.157.169.69] FastCGI: incomplete headers (0 bytes) received from server “/var/www/fcgi/php-cgi”Any help would be much appreciated!
