500 Internal server error

    We have been adding content to a site last night and everything worked fine.

    This morning, we attempted to turn off post revisions using the advice given here:

    However after implementing tip 2 and tip 4, the error above appeared when attempting to browse to any other page apart from the home page of the blog. We promptly undid the changes, however site functionality did not return.

    The error log shows the following:

    Can anyone offer any help?
