• I have an issue when ever I post a link on my website, but only when I post it in the wysiwyg editors. When I put a link such as that of my website http://www.amerituner.com and look at my site I get a 500 internal server error. I even tried using the Hyper link in the editor and it still has that error.

Any ideas as to why this happens I can create the links in the CSS for a button with out issue but not in any post or page editor. I did do a search but i didn’t see anything similar as to a link causing this error, more of DNS issues.

    Thank you for your help.

My site is http://www.amerituner.com and I use Go Daddy hosting. If you need any more information please let me know.

  • Try to deactivate all your plugins and revert to Twenty Eleven theme and see if the problem persists. Also check your config.php file if you have filled DB_NAME, DB_USER, DB_PASSWORD and DB_HOST correctly.

I am a little lost on this?

Well, you can check the above in your wp-config.php file. I added that because your description of the problem points to possible mistakes in your wp-config.php file.

Anyway, what you need to do first is to deactivate the plugins and revert to Twenty Eleven theme because the validation of your site shows 137 Errors and 128 warnings.
