It shows me this:
Index of /
Apache Server at http://www.offtopics.sukajee.com Port 80
So that tells me you set up subdomains incorrectly. They’re pointing to their own folder instead of where sukajee.com is installed.

I have visited my File Manager folder.
Inside the public_html, i saw a folder offtopics is created. But, I didn’t find anything inside.
May be that is a problem. But, I had prepared the multisite as directed in the tutorial.
Should I have to install wordpress inside that folder again? If yes then I didn’t configure multisite correctly as the aim of multisite is not installing wordpress again and again.
And, if not, then what could be the further step to get rid with this error?
Yes, that is the problem.
DO NOT install WP again. Delete the offtopics folder.
How did you create the subdomain on your SERVER? Not WP, the server. So via whatever kind of panel you have…

Thank you very much again.
Instead of deleting, I just renamed the folder offtopics to something other and now again 500 Internal Server Error.
I actually didn’t know how could I help yo to make my problem understand.
I actually don’t know about the kind of panel I have.
I don’t think, I have created any subdomain in my server.
My original site http://www.sukajee.com was going well. I just wanted to create another website http://www.offtopics.sukajee.com
I can do it by installing wordpress again. But, I was in search of the way to do the same thing without installing wordpress.
While visiting many threads and manywhere, I found the wordpress support page for multisite – http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Create_A_Network
I just followed whatever instruction is given there.
After completing the process, I saw My Sites menu in my dashboard.
I just entered into Sites submenu from Network Admin menu.
Then I just added a new site ‘offtopics’
The screenshot seems like this.

That’s all I did. I didn’t do anything in server or cpanel.
Then after I saw a folder ‘offtopics’ in public_html.
Now, Please suggest me where is my mistake. What is now to do?
Your mistake is exactly the same as it has been, you did not set up subdomains correctly on your server.
http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Before_You_Create_A_Network#Domain-based
This is not something you do in WP. This is not something to do with DNS (at this point). This is 100% how you setup subdomains with your server. Your webhost.
Who is your webhost?

I couldn’t get anything from that page too.
I think, I am too much child for this task. Although, I couldn’t get success what I want to get in, many others might get help from this thread.
Thank you Mika for the help.

haah…..
after visiting some youtube video, finally I figured out my mistakes and all. I now set up my subdomain. The silly mistake I had made was I had replaced all the things of the file .htaccss
But there must be # BEGIN WORDPRESS at the very first and # END WORDPRESS at the last.
After correcting this error…. I get my subdomain working. š
Thanks again Mika. Hoping to be helped further.
could you upload this youtube link here?…
I guess I have similar problem
