500 Internal Server Error

    I was placing a line of code in my functions.php file, I changed my mind before i saved copied the code and was going to try it in my localhost. I went down and my stubborn self naturally went and hit the save button. Realizing what I did felt so natural I quickly canceled but it was too late, refreshed the page and now I have a 500 Server Error.

    Problem now is, I’m in my database/ file manager and every time I go and delete the line of code it doesn’t want to save my changes. Is there any relation to the Advance Code Editor and not letting my files save properly?

    any clue?
