    I have just installed this plugin…

    Sorry if I misunderstood. I assumed you meant you had installed the Domain Mapping plugin & was instructing you to uninstall it to see if the site was accessible.

    i haven’t installed any plugins.

    If you do not have domain mapping installed try creating a new thread in the multisite forum asking for assistance.
