500 internal server error

    Hello,

    I’m getting a 500 internal server error when I try to access the theme options. I’ve been using the theme for a while with no problems at all. The last thing I did was installing the plugin WPML.

    I’ve tried disabling all plugins with no success.

    Any idea?

    Could it be a problem of compatibility? I’ve just checked switching to Twenty Fifteen and I had no problems accessing the section “Customize”.

    Hey,
    I would guess you’re maxing out the memory limit in your php settings. WPML needs a lot of memory.

    I suggest contacting your hosting provider. have them increase your max memory setting in the php.ini and that should get you working.

    Thanks for your answer, that seems to have solved the problem. Can you please advise on how to translate the blocks of the homepage with WPML?

    Use the string translation tool in your wpml settings. That allows you to translate each thing.
