    Hi. We have been using Mdocs successfully for quite some time, but suddenly (with the latest update) it brought our entire site down. (See error below.) Our web host helped isolate the offending plug-in to Mdocs. Any idea what might have caused this or some suggested steps for diagnosing the problem further? We have a nice library built up over a year or two, and I’d hate to have to start from scratch with a new plug-in.

    Did you get any more details from your provider. They must have an apache log that gives more information about the 500 error.

    Also if you can access the mdocs dashboard, you can turn this goto Options > Settings > Disable Sessions Data.

    this may help you.

    If you roll back to an older version do u still have the same issues?
