I’m relatively new to wordpress and have set up and put a lot of time into creating my own blog using wordpress. Today I was working on a draft of a post and went to preview it. The preview didn’t load and instead went to the “500 – Internal Server Error…There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed” screen.

    My website is noonereadsthisblog.com

All page refuse to load and I am unsure of what I should do. My site had been working fine the entire day up until now.

Any help you could provide me would be greatly appreciated.

  • Try FTP’ing into your site and deleting/renaming the .htaccess file in the root WP folder. If you can then login to your site, you’ll need to set your permalinks back up again.

Thanks for the quick response, the problem seemed to resolve itself somehow (luckily).

    Thanks for you’re help though.
