Hi Matt,
I apologize for being unable to reply sooner. Can you please let me know what version of WordPress, WooCommerce & Quotes plugin are you using?
Are you able to replicate the issue on a staging site? If yes, can you kindly send me the WordPress admin access and FTP access details to the staging site on pinalj1612 at gmail dot com.
I’ll check the issue and apply a fix for the same.
Thanks,
Pinal
Hi! I’m really happy with this plugin! I have the same problem as above. I updated WP and WC to latest version, then this plugin. Now I get a 500 internal server error. I can view the site in front-end but can’t access admin.

Hi, I got the same problem.
Hi,
I have been unable to replicate the issue with WP 5.1.1, WC 3.5.7 & Quotes 1.6.
I did notice an error/warning displayed on the front end and am working on fixing it. However, no 500 internal server error is being logged. Can you please let me know if this happens as soon as you update? Or does it happen when a particular action is performed?
It would really help if I could access the site and check the issue. Please send the WP access details and FTP access details on pinalj1612 at gmail dot com.

For me the plugin updates. Then it says “update ready!” (maybe not the exact wording) in the plugin list. When I click on anything else in the admin interface after the update, it goes in to error screen 500 internal error.
Hi Pinal,
Yes, that’s the same for me. I’d updated WordPress and woo first, then Quotes plug-in and that’s when I got the 500.
I tried with uploading directly via the ftp and it created the same server error.
All on the current WP and woocommerce updates.
Thank you for you assistance.
Kind regards
Matt
Hi Matt and @morgre75,
Thank you for the quick reply. I tried replicating the issue using the steps below:
1. Updated WordPress to v5.1.1
2. Updated WooCommerce from v3.3.4 to v3.5.7
3. Updated Quotes from v1.5 to v1.6
4. Placed an order for a quotable product. Completed the quote in admin and sent the email.
Things run smoothly and no errors are being logged in debug.log
The most likely reason might be a conflict with another plugin. Can you please let me know if any error is being logged in the debug.log?
Does the issue persist when all plugins except for WordPress, WooCommerce & Quotes plugin are inactive?
Thanks,
Pinal
Hi Matt, @morgre75 & @murasaki1020,
The fix for the issue has been incorporated in v1.6.1. I apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Request you to kindly update to the latest version to ensure the plugin continues to work smoothly.
Thanks,
Pinal
Thanks Pinal! I will update! Awesome Plugin btw!
Thanks @morgre75,
I’m glad to know you like the plugin. Please consider leaving a review as it will help me immensely.
