Hi

I have succesfully installed and setted the plugin and created a page using the shortcode. I could see how the page was working… until I puglished my first idea: just in that moment the web displayed a 500 Internal Server Error

PHP Version: 7.2.22
Wordpress Version: 4.9.12
Plugin Version: 5.8
Is Pro User: NO
Current Theme: Triompher

Hi @joseantoniodeluis,

Is the issue repeatable? Have you tried disabling all other plugins?

Have you tried enabling debugging in WordPress by modifying your wp-config file to see if there are any errors output when creating the idea, please see this article on how to do this: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

Hi

So sorry, I have found out the reason for this internal server error was not relate to Idea Push but to another plugin (xCloner) which was scheduled at the same time I was setting up Idea Push
