Can you try the following:
- Go to WP Admin > StCR > Management Page
- Set “Virtual management page” to “No” and save changes
- Go to WP admin > Pages > Add New and create a page called “Comment subscriptions”, the permalink should be comment-subscriptions
- For the content of the page add [stcr_management_page]

Had the same issue. Figured out, that in my case there is a conflict with Yoast. Deactivating Yoast solved the 500er server error.
WPKube’s solution works with Yoast enabled. Maybe there should be some investigation on your or Yoast’s side. It’s a common combination of plugins.

Thanks for the info.
We had a report on Github that a fatal error occurred when Yoast was active, I asked for a bit more info but there was no response.
Your info gives us valuable information on how to proceed.

Hi, I install and activate the plugin and everything works fine the comment subscription page didn’t work. I give me an error message.

I connect with my hosting provider as well but they said the first contact with plugin developer and ask them what is the issue.
