    Hi @girishtiwari, can you check if anything is listed on the Tracking Failures page? (It’s accessible at: http://yourwordpress.com/wp-content/plugins/matomo/app/index.php?module=CoreAdminHome&action=trackingFailures&idSite=1&period=day&date=yesterday (replace yourwordpress.com with the domain of your website)).

    If not, can you provide a copy of the system report (located at Matomo Analytics > Diagnostics > System Report)?

    I have checked and no tracking failures is visible. Attaching system report
