500 – internal server error after install

    I install your plugin, but when i click the MaxMegaMenu > General Settings in the dashboard, i get an internal server error. the URL says mydomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=maxmegamenu. (can’t share the page, internal site, no web access to it)

    I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, deactivating and reactivating.
    i’m using the Insert Pages and To Top plugins, and the GeneratePress theme, PHP 7.3 on mySQL db, running on windows server 2016 IIS 10.

    Hi soulexistence,

    There should be an error message in your server logs somewhere, that is logged each time you see that error. Please could you track down the error message and paste it here?

    well, i modified my config to enable error display and logging, restarted the web server, and now themes work. so it was nothing. thank you for your response.
