500 Internal Server Error – Cannot access website or account

    I believe I may have accidentally changed the Permalinks on my account, and can no longer access my account via the the wp-login.php page

    Any idea how to resolve this issue / revert to previous settings?

    Hosting companies normally keep very up-to-date backups.
    The easiest way to resolve this would be to contact your host and to ask them to restore a recent backup.
