Hi @rockinaway, If you install the plugin wp debugging, you should get a php error log. If you paste it here it can probably tell us what the problem is.
Hi,
I’ve run that and there’s only one error and that is related to Elementor and my theme. Nothing else apart from that
Can you post your domain so we can take a look?
Sure, it’s examinedental.com π
I see several javascript errors on the front-end, regarding missing objects and variables. Do you have some caching or optimization script active that might cause a conflict?
Yes – I have FlyingPress installed and Cloudflare APO
Hi @rockinaway sorry for my late response here!
I have two things you can try:
– install our latest upcoming release: https://github.com/burst-Statistics/burst
– try to deactivate the caching plugins to see if there’s an interference there.
As the latest release also fixes some known issues, it is possible your issue is resolved as well, but I can’t be sure, as it’s not entirely clear what the issue in your case is. Hope this helps!
Thanks for the reply! Will the update be available directly through WordPress soon or shall I manually install now?
The update is scheduled for this week, so you can also await that.
Hi @rockinaway, we have released the latest version. Please let us know if this fixes your issue.
I think this has fixed it! π Thanks!
Great to hear! No worries and thanks for your patience π
