500 Internal Server Error, no website access

I have increased memory limit to 128MB
I have disabled all my plugins
I have reverted to twentyten theme
Still have the error message, any further suggestions
The site is an Addon Domain to http://www.kingstonlodgehotel.com which i can still access, but can normally be accessed at http://www.expatscagayandeoro.org
