500 Internal server Error & Problem with mail & message sending

    I am getting multiple errors Like in Inquiry form I have setup its sometimes send mail & message but multiple time it fails. I use wpmails and it works like a charm in other contact form i have created .Basically the inqiury form gives me trouble . And Adding Live Classes and Registering a Student From Frontend gives 500 Internal server error I have deactivated all the plugins and checked , Its not any of my plugins fault.
