500 Server Error in Admin

    Ok I searched for weeks hope I am not unecessarily duplicating.

    When I log into wp-admin the dashboard appears as normal.
    However I cannot access any other admin page.
    Plugins, Updates, Post, Pages – NOTHING!!

    Increased memory in the php.ini to 512MB
    I tried to rename the folder/directory names for the plugins inside the plugin folder but that caused a 500 error on the dashboard.

    Running this in a windows environment.

    Please Help
