Error on building

Hello, I’m trying to do a backup of my site but when I build the package the process at 23.7% gets:

Host Build Interrupt This server cannot complete the build due to setup constrain,
PHP Max Excution
Time: 0
Mode: is dynamic
Server Status:500-undefined
Error Message: The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

What should I do ?
