500 upon activation

    Upon activating it in our QA environment, we get 500 for the whole site. Works fine in DEV. Same version of WP: 4.9.9 and same version of PHP 5.4.4. Same theme version.

    Only differences I can think of between DEV and QA is we have an internet white list, so if the plugin tries to hit external domain it would not be allowed in QA as it’s allowed on DEV.

    Is there any other possibility you can think of?
