501 5.5.4 Invalid domain name

    Hi.

    I’ve installed the plugin and tried to set it up with Office365. I’m currently unable to get the office365 extension as the webpage it links to timesout each time. When setting it up via the normal method it’s failing with the following errors:

    smtp:tls:login://smtp.office365.com:587

501 5.5.4 Invalid domain name [LO2P265CA0457.GBRP265.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM]

    Hi.

    Still having issues with this. Attempted to reinstall the plugin but this has results the same issue.

    @lee-chilli Hi,

    Hope you are doing good.

    Seems like it’s a settings issue in your office365 account.

    Please follow this Docs and Screenshot and try to configure this again.
