502: Bad Gateway Error

    Hi,

    I’m having issues running any feeds, they seem to be ok the first time I run them if I make a copy, but when I refresh although status is showing as ready the data has not been refreshed. I’m only pulling the first 5 records so I can preview. I keep getting 502 Bad gateway errors. I’ve been using this plugin for years, never had this problem and I haven’t added anything new

    please help!

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. When you are creating a product feed with only 5 products in it the plugin will definitely not cause a server overload. There can be a couple of other reasons why you are experiencing a 502 bad gateway. Please see: https://www.dreamhost.com/blog/502-bad-gateway-error/

    Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. It’s definitely related to the plugin, as I tried another plugin and didn’t put any filters on it, so it returned over 1,000 products in the feed. I would have preferred to purchase your plugin over theirs, because I love the support you provide your to your users. I will take a look at what you have suggested. But it defeats the whole purpose of a plugin if I have to put in so much work to solve any issue
