Hi,

For some unknown reason, I got 502 error that seems related to the newsletter plugin. I can’t access anything more than the front page (it gave me 502 error) and the url of the broken page is something like this :

https://sample.com/page/5/?utm_source=Asper%20Language%20Institute&utm_campaign=5d71b36600-EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_2019_09_24_12_37&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_80a21d728c-5d71b36600-82924533&ct=t%28EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_9_24_2019_9_57%29&mc_cid=5d71b36600&mc_eid=994c458c8d

Any idea on why is this happening and how to solve it?

Hi, without seen the error and having the blog address is impossible to find out an answer. And if you have a 502 error, ask the provider to check the error logs for the reason.

To disable newsletter, just use a file manager and rename the folder “newsletter” inside wp-content/plugins to something else and the plugin will be disabled by WP.
