502 error nginx

    Hi
    I’m using uncannytools and the ‘switch to’ module. WHen I active remote user sync I get an 502 error when I use the switch to module. The switch to module is to login as a user to see what the user sees..
    In the log it says 2020-10-17 15:03:42 – Info – Logout action – enqueueing asynchronous actions for username xxx

    How can we solve this?

    HI @janeverts

    You mention the use of a third party plugin – does it also fail when not using this plugin?
    Does logout also fail when using a clean install version of WordPress?

    If yes, then the issue is somewhere else.
    If not, this is a third-party compatibility issue.
