    WP Offload Media Support Team here, Thanks for reaching out with your query we would be happy to assist

    It might be best we check for possible conflicts first. To do so, please temporarily deactivate all other plugins except WP Offload Media and switch to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Three.

    If the 502 error was resolved, please activate the plugins one by one to see which one is causing the conflict and then switch back to your original theme.

    If the issue persists, would you be able to send me the debugging information from the Support tab on the site you’re having trouble with?

    1. Go to the Support tab of your install
    2. Scroll down to the “Diagnostic Info”
    3. Click the “Download” button and save to your computer
    4. Reply to this email and include the text file as an attachment
