503 Error

    Hi! We are using the iThemes security for our site but recently if the plugin is activated images in media library is not showing, elementor is not working, ithemes security pages are not existing and it displays a 503 error on our site. I’ve tried deleting and reinstall the plugin but still the same result Can you help us fix this issue?

    503 means “service unavailable”, which might be caused by the extra load from the security plugin.

    What version of PHP are you using?

    Do you have the opcache PHP module active?

    What are the values of your PHP settings memory_limit and max_execution_time?

    Do you use a caching plugin?
