    Hi Amrit,

I have an issue with the My Account page. After logging in, the user gets a 503 error. It’s happening on mobile and desktop versions alike, and nowhere else on the website. I’ve contacted the hosting provider who said there’s an issue with the theme, but the theme support (MyListing) said the issue isn’t linked with the theme as it’s still there even with the 2020 default theme.

    To replicate the issue:

    1. register on https://barena.venezia.it/registration/
    2. click on the icon on the far right of the header to access the My Account page
    3. If the My Account page is showing ok, please go to the homepage and click on one of the heart icons or blue squares on the listings on the bottom of the homepage, then go back to the My Account page

    Thank you in advance

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @bbl6,

We have tried registering on your site and found the Nonce error during the registration. You can see this in the screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/u2PKNp0.png

The cache on your side causes the issue. If you have used any caching plugin on your site, please make sure to exclude these registration form pages from the cache plugin settings. We have an example of excluding these pages from the cache plugin settings; however, we do not recommend using these kinds of cache plugins. For more details on how to configure the caching plugins, kindly refer to the documentation at the link: https://docs.wpuserregistration.com/docs/how-to-configure-caching-plugins/

    Best Regards!

    Hi Amrit,

Sorry, just to be clear: do you mean the caching plugin/configuration on my side causes the 503 issue OR the nonce issue?

    Thanks

    Hi @bbl6,

When you encounter the 503 error. It could be too busy, for example, or under maintenance. Unlike similar error codes, 503 signifies that your website runs online but cannot be reached now.

We are unable to check your login issue because the registration failed due to the cache issue. Therefore, we recommend that you fix your site’s cache issue first, and then we can look into whether your login issue is from your server or not.

    Best Regards!

    Hi Amrit,

thanks for the explanation. I’m using LiteSpeed plugin (as suggested by my hosting provider) and I’ve excluded from caching the page my-account and registration. Please let me know if it’s working for you now (on my machine and phone, I didn’t encounter the nonce error).

    Thanks!

    Hi @bbl6,

We have checked the registration and found that the cache issue is now resolved. We also tested by logging into your site, but we couldn’t find any issues. For your confirmation, please check this screen recording: https://jam.dev/c/70f18856-0fca-4848-ae22-097ba3bdb067

The issue might have occurred if users tried to log in while your server was running low on memory or experiencing downtime.

If you’re still facing the issue, please share a screen recording, and we’ll investigate further.

    Best regards!

    Hi Amrit,

    thanks for the update.

    1. Can you please try this too: If the My Account page is showing ok, please go to the homepage and click on one of the heart icons or blue squares located on the pictures on the bottom of the homepage, then go back to the My Account page. See screenshot: https://snipboard.io/qOonXv.jpg
    2. Yes I’m still getting the error just after the login. See recording: https://we.tl/t-TCvLrDahWu
    3. On a side note, as you can see the eye button for viewing the password in the UR form is not working. Can it be fixed?

    Hi @bbl6,

    1. We have investigated the issue, and it appears the error is coming from the server. This might be due to a memory limit or PHP configuration problem, which is preventing your site from handling simple processes.

We recommend contacting your hosting provider regarding this issue, as the 503 server busy error is not related to the User Registration & Membership plugin.

    1. The icon issue seems to be caused by third-party resources, as the icon’s div structure doesn’t match the plugin’s default structure.

Could you please check for any plugin or theme conflicts by following this guide: https://docs.wpuserregistration.com/docs/how-to-check-plugin-theme-conflict/? This will help you identify the source of the issue.

If the issue persists, feel free to let us know.

    Best regards!
