504 Gateway Timeout

This was working fine recently. Now my forms are coming back with a 504 error. Same when I try to run the diagnostic test. Just in case I tried it with all other plugins disabled and the theme switched to TwentySixteen, with the same result.

Any idea what the problem could be?
