• Hi,

    When we try to connect our google account with the plugin we are getting in an endless loop resulting in a 504 Gateway Timeout error on estorenew.tatvic.com. On the first screen we get to login but when the data gets send to tatvic.com it keeps loading. The endless load continues for about 5 minutes after which it results in a 504 error.

    We have a lot of analytics properties on our account, maybe thats why the load time is increased. But because the gateway doesn’t receive a timely response the gateway times out.

    How do we fix this problem so that we can connect our account through the plugin?

    Had the same errors constantly. This is what helped me out:

    The problem for me was the amount of accounts I had under my main account.
    Try granting all acces of the analytics account to a gmail account that has almost no analytics accounts. Next, instead of registering with your mail account you use the gmail account that you’ve just granted access to.
    It should load up a lot faster and not show any server errors.

    @suite7 Thanks for creating this topic and sorry for the late posting.

    @emir55555 Thank you for posting the workaround to the raised issue.

    Just for reference: the reason for the issue is that if you have 100s of GA accounts associated with a single email id, the server returns 504 Gateway timeout as there is a volume of hits goes to the server.

    We are working towards finding a permanent fix for the issue. @suite7 it would be great if you could share the screenshot of the error page as it may help with the fix.
